生产方法

通用方法：将3-硝基苯硼酸（1当量）、六氟异丙醇（HFIP，10当量）和铁粉（5当量）加入反应管中混合。随后，向反应混合物中逐滴加入2N盐酸水溶液。反应混合物在室温下搅拌30分钟后，用饱和碳酸氢钠（NaHCO3）水溶液中和。用饱和碳酸氢钠水溶液萃取三次，合并有机层。有机层随后用盐水洗涤，无水硫酸钠（Na2SO4）干燥，过滤，并在减压下浓缩。最后，通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化粗产物，得到目标化合物3-氨基苯硼酸。
