Uses
SnatchCat is a universal metal scavenger with a proven efficiency for Ru and Pd metals. The scavenger is a metathesis reaction quencher, reducing metal content to 10 ppm after 20 min of scavenging time followed by silica gel filtration. SnatchCat is compatible with a broad range of functional groups and solvents. The product is stable, non-volatile and odour-free.
Reactions
1. Highly active highly enantioselective catalyst for hydrogenation of inctionalized ketones. Slightly
higher temperature is necessary to activate the cymene complexes.
2. Asymmetric hydrogenation of asubstituted alkyl ketoesters accompanied by dynamic kinetic resolution.
