Uses
Cyclocommunol is a prenylflavonoid with antityrosinase and antiplatelet activitie, can be solated from breadfruit. Cyclocommunol exerts anti-tumor activity and inhibits the growth of human hepatoma and gastric cancer cells with IC50 values between 16 and 80 μM. Cyclocommunol shows proapoptotic effect on oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC)[1].
