EGFR-IN-81

Uses

EGFR-IN-81 (Compound 10i) is an EGFR inhibitor. EGFR-IN-81 inhibits EGFR WT and L858R/T790M with IC50s 4.38 nM and 5.69 nM. EGFR-IN-81 has cytotoxic activity against MCF-7 and HCT116 cells with of 2.07 μM and 6.72 μM respectively[1].
