Uses
10-Methyldodec-2-en-4-olide is a antibacterial agent and can be isolated from Streptomyces. 10-Methyldodec-2-en-4-olide shows antibacterial activity against B. cinerea, the yeast S. cerevisiae, bacteria S. aureus, and M. luteus[1][2].
