Method 2: Methyl acrylate is used as raw material, 2,3-dibromopropionic acid methyl ester is obtained by bromination and addition, and then 3,3-dimethoxypropionic acid methyl ester is obtained by etherification with sodium methanol, and then cracking reaction is carried out under the presence of catalyst, and HCl is taken off, and then 3-methoxyacrylic acid methyl ester is obtained.
