PI3K-IN-54 (compound 10w) is a pan-PI3K inhibitor. The IC50 values of PI3K-IN-54 for p110α, p110β, and p110δ are 0.22 nM, 1.4 nM, and 0.38 nM, respectively. PI3K-IN-54 can be used in cancer research[1].
Compound 10w, a substituted pyrazolo [1,5-a] pyrimidine amide derivative, shows good anticancer activity against HeLa cell line, with IC50 of less than 10 μM against HeLa cell.
