CYP51-IN-2 (compound 1g), a Fluconazole (HY-B0101) analog, is a potent antifungal agent. CYP51-IN-2 shows MIC80s of 62.5 and 250 ng/mL for Microsporum gypseum and Candida albicans, respectively[1].
