NHTD

NHTD is a KRAS-PDEδ inhibitor. NHTD targets the prenyl-binding pocket of PDEδ, altering the cellular localization of KRAS, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of KRAS-mutant cancer cells and inducing apoptosis. NHTD can be used for research on KRAS-driven non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)[1].
