TC-I 15 is an inhibitor of integrin α2β1, a collagen receptor. TC-I 15 has shown to prevent pathological thrombus formation .
in vivo
TC I-15 (10 μg; intravenous injection; every other day; for three weeks) inhibits lung metastasis promoted by CAFs EVs in mice[2].
Animal Model:
C57BL/6 J mice[2]
Dosage:
10 μg; every other day for 3 weeks; once every 2 weeks for 3 weeks
Administration:
Intravenous injection (i.v.)
Result:
Inhibited the formation of pre-metastatic microenvironment induced by EVs, inhibited SACC lung metastasis induced by EVs, and significantly increased integrin β1 of EVs.
