Tr-PEG9

Tr-PEG9 is a PEG linker with a trityl protecting group and a terminal hydroxyl group. The trityl protecting group is used for primary alcohols and can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions. The hydroxyl group can react to further derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG chain increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.

Tr-PEG8-OH is a non-cleavable 8 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Tr-PEG8-OH is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
