Otilimab (GSK 3196165) is an anti-granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) human monoclonal antibody. Otilimab neutralises the biological function of GM-CSF by blocking the interaction of GM-CSF with its cell surface receptor[1].
