苄哒唑 用途与合成方法
苄哒唑可用作医药合成中间体。如果吸入苄哒唑，请将患者移到新鲜空气处；如果皮肤接触，应脱去污染的衣着，用肥皂水和清水彻底冲洗皮肤，如有不适感，就医；如果眼晴接触，应分开眼睑，用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗，并立即就医；如果食入，立即漱口，禁止催吐，应立即就医。
Benznidazole (Radanil)是一种硝基咪唑衍生物，能够干扰寄生虫蛋白质的生物合成、影响其细胞因子的产生、刺激宿主的吞噬作用，因而具有抗原虫活性。
Benznidazole (100 mg/kg/day, p.o., 30 days) produces a decrease in electrocardiographic alterations, fewer modifications in the affinity and density of cardiac-receptors, and few isolated areas of fibrosis in the heart, in mice infected with Trypanosoma cruzi Tulahuen strain or SGO-Z12 isolate and treated at 180 days post infection (p.i.) (i.e. chronic phase) with Benznidazole.
