DBO-83

DBO-83 dihydrochloride is a novel nicotinic acetylcholine receptor agonist, and binds to nAChRs in rat cortical membranes with a Ki value of 4.1 nM. DBO-83 dihydrochloride shows antinociceptive and anti-amnesic activities[1][2][3].
