2-(tributyl tin alkyl)furan is a tributyltin derivative, which can be used to synthesize many tributyltin carboxylate and tributyltin dithiophosphonate organotin compounds with biological activities such as insecticide, bactericidal and herbicidal control, and is a promising new pesticide intermediate.
preparation of 2-(Tributylstannyl)furan:
Tributyltin chloride was weighed, refluxed and stirred in 30mL furan for 10h. Filtration, the filtrate is concentrated to an appropriate volume under reduced pressure, 3mL~5mL petroleum ether is added, it is allowed to stand at low temperature, filtered after the precipitation is complete, and the crude product is recrystallized with dichloromethane-petroleum ether. After removing the solvent, it was repeatedly washed and purified with petroleum ether to obtain a colorless viscous liquid 2-(tributyl stankyl) furan.
