Product characteristics
This product does not contain silicon, is a non-ionic surfactant, and is used in high-speed motion scenarios to provide extremely low surface tension. It is mainly used in water-based coating, ink, silicon wafer processing industry, with excellent wetting, low bubble performance.
The hydrophobic nature of this surfactant typically results in significantly reduced water sensitivity compared to either conventional ethoxylated or anionic surfactants. Nonionic acetylenic diol's unique chemical nature allows it to provide multifunctional properties such foam control and viscosity stabilization. Offers quick migration which leads to low dynamic surface tension and thermal as well as chemical stability over a broad range of conditions. It is suitable for water-based systems and provides additional dynamic wetting properties.
