CEPPA is a reactive halogen-free flame retardant suitable for permanent flame retardant modification of polyester. The resulting flame retardant polyester has comparable spinnability to conventional PET and PBT and can be spun through any spinning system. The slices produced by copolymerization undergo textile processing, dyeing and finishing, and their flame retardancy is almost not lost. The flame retardancy of the fabric is not lost after being washed more than 50 times. The flame retardant CEPPA can be used to produce permanent flame retardant polyester products such as polyester chips, long fibers, short fibers, fabrics, films, etc. The quality standard CEPPA is applicable to the permanent flame retardant modification of polyester, and the resulting flame retardant polyester has comparable spinnability to conventional PET and can be spun through any spinning system. It has excellent thermal stability, does not decompose during the spinning process, has no odor on the spinning site, can improve the anti-static performance of polyester products, and is suitable for various fields where conventional PET can be applied.
