Product Features

This product is a hydrophilic emulsifier, which is a fatty alcohol alkoxylate. Compared with ordinary nonionic surfactants, the polypropylene oxide chain segment is added to the emulsifier molecule, and the interface layer between the oil and water phases is expanded, which improves the product performance in many aspects.

This product has excellent emulsification efficiency, excellent lubrication properties and it is environmentally friendly. The HLB value is 8.5 and it is a water-in-oil emulsifier of mineral oil.

 Water-based metalworking fluid, industrial degreasing agent.

 PT-402 can replace Sasol MARLOX RT 42.

• Operation & Storage

Store container tightly sealed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place. The product is freeze-thaw stable. Container should be heated to 60-70°C to completely melt product; mix thoroughly before use.
