Characteristics
1. Amino Silane Oligomer are synthesized by the hydrolysis-condensation reaction of 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550).
It substitute of Evonik 1151. Compared to monomeric silanes, its oligomeric form results in a more uniform film, longer storage time, and higher stability.
2. It contains no volatile organic components. The typical addition level is 0.5–5%, and it can be directly diluted with water for use.
Applications
1. Metal surface treatment: Enhances corrosion resistance and weatherability of metals.
2. Waterborne coatings: A key additive for waterborne coatings and primers, as well as water-based adhesives and sealants;
3. Adhesion promoter: improves adhesion between inorganic materials and organic polymers
