HEMINGS® F310CRheological additive for aqueous systems
HEMINGS F310C is an inorganic modified synthetic layered silicate clay rheological additive suitable for different aqueous systems. This product is non-toxic, odorless, soft in texture, and has excellent dispersibility, thixotropy, and thermal stability. It is designed for different water-based coating systems, ceramic glazes, water-based inks,
water-based pastes, and other high viscosity coatings to be easily dispersed, and has excellent anti sagging, thixotropy, and suspension properties.

Incorporation：
HEMINGS® F310C is not sensitive to shearing and is easy to blend into dispersed
materials. It can be dispersed with pigments and fillers, or mixed through pre gel before
feeding. Slowly add the powder while stirring to avoid clumping. To ensure effective use,
it is recommended to disperse at a shear rate of 2000-3000rpm for 20-30 minutes to
prepare a 5% -10% pre coagulation slurry before adding it to the system.
Levels of use:
The level of addition depends on the desired consistency of the system.Typical levels
range from 0.5-2.5% HEMINGS® F310C additive, based on the total formulation.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry location.
HEMINGS® F310C will absorb atmospheric moisture if stored under high humidity
conditions.
