PT-66 is a good low-foaming solubilizer which remains stable in a wide pH range and electrolytes. It is suitable for cleaning formulas that require the ability to dissolve non-ionic surfactants and have good wetting and cleaning properties. PT-66 can be used as a solubilizer in strong alkali formulations.

Applications
PT-66 can well solubilize other surfactants in high-concentration alkali solution (250g/L).
It has excellent wetting properties (lowering surface tension) and low foaming properties.
Resistant to corrosion of non-ferrous metals.
It can be used as a refining agent in the textile industry and a leveling agent for textile dyeing. Based on its low foaming and free flushing properties, PT-66 can also be used for metal cleaning and pretreatment, especially in alkaline systems.
PT-66 can replace Solvay RHODAFAC®H-66 or DOW TRITON™ H-66.
