1.Performance and usage
EDTMPS is a nitrogen-containing organic polybasic phosphonate, which is a cathodic corrosion inhibitor. Compared with inorganic polyphosphate, the corrosion inhibition effect is 3-5 times higher. It is miscible with water, non-toxic and non-polluting, has good chemical stability and temperature resistance, and still has good anti-scaling effect at 200°C. It can dissociate into 8 positive and negative ions in aqueous solution, so it can chelate with multiple metal ions to form multiple monomer structure macromolecular network complexes, which can loosely dispersed in water, destroying the normal crystallization of calcium scale. Moreover, this product has good anti-scaling effect on calcium sulfate and barium sulfate scale.
EDTMPS can be used as a corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating water and boiler water, a complexing agent for cyanide-free electroplating, a chelating agent in the textile printing and dyeing industry, and an oxygen bleaching stabilizer.

3.Using Method
EDTMPS is used as a slow-release scale inhibitor for circulating water and boiler water, also a complexing agent for cyanide-free electroplating, a chelating agent and an oxygen bleaching stabilizer in the textile printing and dyeing industry.
When added alone in circulating cooling water, the general dosage is 2-10mg/L.
EDTMPS can be used for water treatment in low-pressure boilers after mix with HPMA in a ratio of 1:3.
EDTMPS can also be used in combination with BTA, PAAS, zinc salt, etc.
4. Packaging and storage
Liquid: 25kg per plastic barrel;
Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, the storage period is 1 year.
5. Safety protection
This product is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, flush with plenty of water immediately.
