Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and vinyl acetate in different proportions. The abbreviation E for EVA represents the ethylene component, while VA represents the vinyl acetate component. Its properties are closely related to the content of vinyl acetate (VA), and can be divided into three categories based on the VA content: EVA plastic with a VA content of 5% -40%, mainly used for polyethylene modification, manufacturing of wires and cables, film and other molded products and mixtures, etc; EVA rubber with a VA content of 40% -90% is mainly used for rubber, cables, and automotive industrial components; Polyvinyl acetate lotion with VA content higher than 90% is mainly used for adhesives, coatings, etc.
