1. Product Description
Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate is the ammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid, a natural triterpenoid saponin glycoside obtained from licorice root. It has an intensely sweet taste (approximately 50–100 times sweeter than sucrose) and exhibits biological activities including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and emulsifying properties. Widely used in food, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and industrial formulations.
