The chemical name of RF1025X is Zinc Butyl Dithiophosphate, CAS number 68442-22-8. It is a phosphate based vulcanization accelerator with a super fast vulcanization rate, used for rapid vulcanization of NR and EPDM. Used as a special accelerator in the vulcanization process of EPDM rubber. When used in combination with accelerators containing sulfur, zinc oxide, thiazoles, and thiurams, the crosslinking degree of vulcanized rubber is high. Simultaneously ensuring safe processing and stable storage. During the vulcanization process, harmful nitrosamines will not be produced, making it an environmentally friendly and rapid vulcanization accelerator. This product can be applied to semi transparent and rapidly vulcanized natural rubber sole formulations; Engineering molded and extruded products, such as films, tire cushioning layers, rubber fenders, sealing strips, etc.
General dosage: 0.5-2.0 parts.
