Quaternized Poly(phenylene oxide) (QPPO) NEW

QPPO is a high-performance non-fluorine anion exchange resin prepared by a controllable quaternization reaction of polyphenylene ether. Its ion exchange capacity (IEC) can be precisely controlled. It is specially designed for dry film formation processes such as solution casting and coating, and is an ideal base material for high-performance dry films.

Solubility: Soluble in common polar aprotic solvents (NMP, DMAc, DMSO and DMF) – ideal for solution-casting and coating processes

Modified quaternized polyphenylene ether (MQPPO) is a specialized reinforcing resin developed based on the excellent film-forming property of QPPO. It enhances the molecular structure, undergoes cross-linking or stability modification to address the performance bottlenecks of dry films in harsh environments such as high temperature, high concentration, and long-term operation, and meets the requirements for durability and stability in commercial applications.
