4、 Craftsmanship

Cleaning; The metal skeleton after sandblasting cannot be stored for a long time to avoid secondary rust and oxidation.
2. Gluing: Small metal frames can be coated by impregnation, while large substrates that cannot be impregnated can be coated by spraying and brushing,
One is to be meticulous, and the other is to be even (the glue should not be too thick)
3. Drying: Dry at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, then dry in an 80 ℃ oven for 10-15 minutes before use;
4. Sulfurization: The first stage of vulcanization depends on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber material, while the second stage of vulcanization depends on the rubber material process.
5、 Shelf life
From the date of production, the container has not been opened for 12 months and has been stored in an environment below 25 ℃.
6、 Precautions
1. Pay attention to fire prevention and ventilation in the workplace;
2. Clean containers and painting tools with ethanol;
3. It is best to use the used products at once and do not pour them back into the original bottle to avoid contaminating unused adhesives;
4. The opened bottle cap should be tightly sealed to prevent liquid evaporation and solidification;
5. It should be stored in a cool, dark, hot, and dry place.

For powders: normal is 25kgs/Drum or bag, or larger/smaller package as request.
For liquids: normal 25kgs/drum, 180-300kgs/bucket, or IBC, determined by the nature of the product.
