SPEEK is synthesized from Poly(Ether Ether Ketone) (PEEK) via a controllable sulfonation reaction on the polymer backbone.

Available in multiple sulfonation levels such as 35%, 40%, 50%, and 60%.

Lower sulfonation provides better mechanical and dimensional stability, while higher sulfonation gives higher ion-exchange capacity, allowing customers to select the most suitable material for their specific application requirements.

Uniformly distributed sulfonic acid groups along the polymer chain enable rapid ion transport and efficient ion exchange, ensuring high ion conductivity in electrochemical systems.

Key Technical Parameters:

1. Appearance: White to light brown noodle-like solid under normal conditions; the color of products with different sulfonation degrees varies slightly;

2. Solubility: Soluble in common polar organic solvents such as NMP (N-methylpyrrolidone), DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), DMAc (dimethylacetamide), and DMF (dimethylformamide);
