Flow Cytometry analysis of Raji cells labelling CD20 (red) with Rituximab (anti-CD20) (R412001). Goat Anti-Human IgG (Cy5) (Ab175833) at a dilution of 1/100 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, human IgG (Ab170213). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.

IF analysis of EGFR (red) in A549 cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Necitumumab (anti-EGFR) (Ab169264) at 2 μg/mL in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Human IgG (Cy5) (Ab175833) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
