名称	Gentamicin sulfate
描述	Gentamicin sulfate (SCH9724) is a broad-spectrum, orally administered aminoglycoside antibiotic that exhibits inhibitory activity against aerobic Gram-negative bacteria by interfering with mRNA translation.
体外活性	方法：成纤维细胞、MDCK 和 LLC-PK1 细胞用 Gentamicin sulfate (0-3 mM) 处理 4 天，使用 TUNEL assay 检测细胞凋亡。结果：所有 3 种细胞系的凋亡发生率都增加了，与 Gentamicin sulfate 的细胞外浓度和孵育时间几乎直接相关，达到了所有细胞的 20-30%。[1]
体内活性	方法：为研究在大鼠肾盂肾炎实验模型中的有效性和肾毒性的时间变化，将 Gentamicin sulfate (20-40 mg/kg) 腹腔注射给大肠杆菌诱导肾盂肾炎的 Sprague-Dawley 大鼠，每天一次，持续 3-7 天。结果：Gentamicin 的毒性和有效性都存在时间变化，在动物活动期注射庆大霉素更有效，毒性更小。[2]
