名称	Tectol
描述	Tectol has anti-plasmodial activity, it as a moderately active growth inhibitor with an IC50 of 3.44±0.20μM. It exhibited significant activity against human leukemia cell lines HL60 and CEM. Tectol may cause itchy dermatitis, the dermatitis appeared on the neck, upper legs, underarms, and trunk area.
体外活性	从Lippia sidoides的乙醇提取物中分离出了11种已知化合物和一种新的前列腺素型萘醌——lippsidoquinone。通过1D和2D NMR、IR及EIMS光谱数据分析，确定了它们的结构。化合物3至13的细胞毒性特性针对HL60、SW1573和CEM细胞系进行了评估。仅Tectol和lippsidoquinone对人类白血病细胞系HL60和CEM显示出显著活性[1]。
