CTDP1 (Carboxy-Terminal Domain Phosphatase 1), also known as FCP1. is a protein phosphatase that plays a critical role in regulating transcription by dephosphorylating the carboxyl-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II (Pol II).
