The RABL2B antibody is a tool used to detect RABL2B (Ras-related protein Rab-like 2B), a member of the Rab GTPase family involved in intracellular vesicle trafficking and membrane dynamics. RABL2B shares structural homology with other Rab proteins, featuring conserved GTP-binding domains and switch regions critical for its GTPase activity and interaction with effector molecules. While its exact biological role remains under investigation, RABL2B is implicated in regulating protein transport, cilia formation, and cell cycle progression. Studies suggest its potential involvement in diseases, including cancer and ciliopathies, due to its role in cellular signaling and organelle organization.

RABL2B antibodies are primarily utilized in research applications such as Western blotting, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry to study the protein’s expression, localization, and interactions. These antibodies help identify RABL2B’s presence in specific tissues or cellular compartments, aiding in mechanistic studies.
