名称FABPs ligand 6
描述FABPs ligand 6 (MF6) is a selective inhibitor of FABP5 and FABP7 that reduces levels of oxidative stress in the mouse spinal cord as well as lipopolysaccharide-stimulated interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor α accumulation in primary astrocyte cultures.FABPs ligand 6 has a potent protective function in oligodendrocytes of EAE mice through FABP5 inhibition. mitochondria with a strong protective function.
体外活性FABPs ligand 6 与 FABP5（KD=874 nM）和 FABP7（KD=20 nM）有很高的结合亲和力，但与 FABP3（KD=1038 nM）没有结合亲和力。[1] FABPs ligand 6 几乎完全抑制了氧化应激水平的上调，并显著减少了 4-HNE 阳性细胞的数量。[1] 经 FABPs ligand 6 处理的星形胶质细胞的 IL-1b 和 TNF-a 水平明显降低，表明炎症反应受到抑制。[1]
体内活性EAE 小鼠口服 FABPs ligand 6（1 mg/kg），这是 EAE 模型 MOG 免疫注射前一周脑缺血的最大有效剂量。FABPs ligand 6 能显著减轻 EAE 的严重程度。[1]
