**Background of RhoA+B+C Antibody**

The RhoA+B+C antibody is a polyclonal or monoclonal reagent designed to recognize multiple isoforms of the Rho GTPase family—RhoA, RhoB, and RhoC—which belong to the Ras superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. These isoforms share high sequence homology (≥85% amino acid identity) but exhibit distinct cellular functions and regulatory mechanisms. RhoA is widely studied for its role in stress fiber formation, cell adhesion, and actomyosin contractility. RhoB, localized to endosomes and the plasma membrane, influences vesicular trafficking, apoptosis, and growth factor responses.
