**Background of TROY Antibody**

TROY (TNF receptor-associated factor [TRAF]-interacting protein), also known as TAJ or TNFRSF19. is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFRSF). Initially identified in 2001. it is a type I transmembrane protein implicated in diverse biological processes, including neural development, tissue homeostasis, and cancer progression. TROY lacks a canonical death domain but interacts with TRAFs to activate downstream signaling pathways, such as NF-κB and JNK, which regulate cell survival, differentiation, and apoptosis.
