Apr 22,2026

Palladium(II) chloride(CAS:7647-10-1) is a rust-colored stable powder or crystalline solid, it used as an oxidizing agent and to a lesser extent as a source of Pd0 complexes. Palladium(II) chloride and palladium(II) acetate are the most effective, among transition metal catalysts, for cyclopropanation reactions with diazomethane. It is harmful if swallowed, causes serious eye damage and may cause an allergic skin reaction.
