Luteolin Used in supplements, Skin care, and Pharmaceuticals
Luteolin is a naturally occurring flavonoid with numerous health benefits. It is founded in various fruits and vegetables, including celery, peppers, thyme, and rosemary.[1]

Supplements:
Due to its purported health benefits, luteolin has increasingly been adopted as a dietary supplement in recent years.
Luteolin has been shown to potentially improve cognitive function, memory, and overall brain health, because of its ability to protect the brain from oxidative stress and inflammation.
Skin Care:
Luteolin preconditioning yielded significant protection against cutaneous I/R injury by protecting skin keratinocytes from ROS‑induced damage.
it has exhibited beneficial effects on skin health, including the reduction of oxidative stress and safeguarding skin cells against damage caused by exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light.[3]
Pharmaceuticals:
Luteolin is an important flavonoid, which has many biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effect. Studies have shown that luteolin has strong antiviral activity against coxsackie virus, ECHO virus, rotavirus, adenovirus and other viruses, and luteolin also has strong antiviral activity against HBV.
